Health and Safety Guidelines must be shared in ALL marketing materials and emailed/written correspondence with participants. Adequate signage regarding Health and Safety must be present and visible at all times. Failure to do so is in direct violation of Governor Abbott’s Order GA-30, thus allowing a fine of up to $1,000 to be assessed at the Event Organizer's expense.
Please read this proclamation in its entirety before submitting a request. All requests must be submitted at least 14 days prior to the event and will be reviewed by the Buda Mayor, pending their approval.
Most outdoor gatherings in excess of 10 people, other than those set forth in the Governor’s Executive GA 28 are prohibited unless approved by the Mayor. Such approval can be made subject to certain conditions or restrictions not inconsistent with the Governor’s executive order. Applicants shall follow the minimum standard health protocols recommended by DSHS, found at www.dshs.texas.gov/coronavirus.
