The City’s Code Enforcement Officer has filed a case in Municipal Court regarding the infractions. The business is also on the Code Enforcement Officer's daily enforcement route. The officer has communicated with the owner of the business, regarding multiple complaints from citizens.
Citizens can file a Civilian Municipal Court complaint at the City of Buda Municipal Court Office located at 405 East Loop Street, Building 100. The complaint form is a sworn statement that will ask for your name, the date of the offense, and the location of the offense. Completion of the form may require that you testify in court. Please note that the civilian complaint is not a requirement.
Citizens who do not want to file a Civilian Municipal Court complaint may still submit statements to our Code Enforcement Officer at email@example.com, or online at https://www.ci.buda.tx.us/RequestTracker.aspx under the code enforcement tab.
